Tell us how many discs. You get an order number and mail-in instructions by email.

Sleeve or case each disc, add a note with your order number, and ship with tracking.

Professional machine resurfacing, cleaned and test-read, within 3 business days of arrival.

Back to you, tracked
Your discs come back padded and tracked. You can follow it in your dashboard.

Which discs can you do?
CDs, DVDs and GameCube / Wii discs — PlayStation 1–3, Xbox, Xbox 360, GameCube, Wii, Wii U, Dreamcast, Sega CD, Saturn and PC games. Not Blu-ray-based PS4/PS5/Xbox One discs with label-side damage, and not cracked discs.
Will it fix every scratch?
Resurfacing removes light to deep scratches on the read side. It can't repair damage to the label side (where the data layer lives) or cracks. If a disc still won't read afterwards, we'll tell you and refund that disc.
How long does it take?
We resurface within 3 business days of your discs arriving, then ship them back with tracking — usually a week or so door to door.
